We would like to let you know about our quality (approx. 1750 sq. ft.) 3 bedroom,

3 bath duplex only 13 blocks from the mouth of the Big Cottonwood Canyon

(Brighton & Solitude) and 5 miles from the mouth of the Little Cottonwood Canyon

(Alta & Snowbird)!!! The Cottonwood Canyons Units A & B are beautifully decorated,

fully furnished units which are licensed (through Salt Lake County) tourist

accommodations which can be rented on a daily or weekly basis. Located next to the

spectacularly scenic Wasatch Mtns, near all resorts and city amenities, these private

units consist of:

3 BEDROOMS: (Master: 1 queen & 1 twin beds) (2nd: 1 queen bed)

(both bedrooms have walk-out patio doors)

(3rd: 1 queen & 1 twin beds)

LIVING ROOM (with double mattress futon) has large picture windows and patio

allowing a panoramic view of the Salt Lake Valley, the mountains and the city,

complete with gas fireplace.

3 BATHS (2 FULL & 1 HALF): Master w/tub-shower and large walk-in closet

2 - 25" COLOR TV'S with cable movies

LAUNDRY room next to bedrooms with larger capacity washer & dryer

to book your reservation early to make sure your vacation is a success!
